To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests:

  • Unsafe behavior, harassment, or misuse of equipment may result in removal from premises.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

3. Reservations, Events & Payments

  • Some reservations or event bookings may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
  • Cancellations or no‑shows may be subject to fees depending on the reservation type.
  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party payment providers.
  • Prices, hours, and availability may change without notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Using bowling equipment properly
  • Treating lanes, seating, scoring systems, and property with care
  • Paying for any damage caused by negligence or misuse

5. Assumption of Risk

Bowling is a physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Slips, trips, and minor injuries can occur
  • You are responsible for using equipment safely and wearing appropriate footwear

Little Apple Lanes is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety rules, or personal negligence.

6. Website & Online Services

When using our website or online reservation system:

  • You agree not to attempt unauthorized access or disrupt service
  • You agree to provide accurate information when making reservations or inquiries

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Little Apple Lanes and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Privacy & Data Handling
